How it works

From a product URL to a GTM playbook in minutes

ICPGTM Playbooks turns a one-paragraph product description into ranked Ideal Customer Profiles, a buyer committee, ready-to-send outreach, and a 30/60/90 GTM plan — without you having to be a full-time growth marketer.

What ICPGTM does

Most founders building a B2B tech product know they should have a sharp Ideal Customer Profile and a credible go-to-market plan — but writing one from scratch takes weeks and usually ends up generic. ICPGTM does the first 80% for you. You describe the product; an LLM that's been carefully prompted with B2B GTM frameworks returns three ranked ICPs, a buyer committee, real outreach drafts, and a phased plan. You spend your time refining the parts that matter, not staring at a blank doc.

The 5-step workflow

Each step is one or two clicks. The AI handles the heavy lifting.

  1. 1
    Describe your product

Add the product name, a one-paragraph description, and (optionally) the website URL. We fetch and summarize the most relevant pages — pricing, features, about — and use that context to ground every downstream section. Optional inputs like audience segment and pricing model sharpen the ICPs further.

Example input: "Acme — automated invoice reconciliation for SMB accounting teams. acme.com"

  2. 2
    Generate the first playbook

In about 90 seconds AI returns three ranked ICPs with firmographics, jobs-to-be-done, pains, buying triggers, buyer committee, objections, channels, and a first-pass GTM plan. Output is structured JSON behind the scenes so every section is editable and versioned.

    Output: ICP #1 "Mid-market accounting firms (20-100 staff)" with 8 sub-sections + outreach drafts.

  3. 3
    Deepen an ICP

Pick the ICP you want to chase first and unlock a richer brief: market sizing, intent and trigger signals, discovery questions, objection handling, decision-maker mapping, and three cold-email variants tuned for that segment.

Use case: validating which ICP to build a wedge for before committing your first $5k of outbound spend.

  4. 4
    Build the 30/60/90 GTM plan

A full plan covering positioning, messaging pillars, channel mix, content angles, outreach sequences, and milestones for the first 90 days. Section-by-section regeneration lets you steer the AI with feedback instead of throwing the whole thing away.

Output includes: 5 channel recommendations with priority scores, weekly cadence, and KPI targets.

  5. 5
    Personalize and activate

Drop in a target company URL and get a tailored cold email and LinkedIn DM that reference what the prospect actually does. Share the full playbook via a public link, or export to PDF, CSV, or Markdown to drop into your CRM, Notion, or sales tool.

Personalize a sequence for one named target without burning a generation credit on a new ICP.

What's inside an ICP

An ICPGTM profile is structured enough to act on, not just describe.

  • Firmographics: industry, company size, geography, tech stack
  • Jobs-to-be-done and top pains
  • Buying triggers and intent signals
  • Buyer committee: economic buyer, champion, blocker, influencer
  • Objections and how to handle each one
  • Channels with priority scores
  • Cold email and LinkedIn DM drafts

What's inside a GTM plan

Phased and concrete — not a "best practices" checklist.

  • Positioning statement and category framing
  • Messaging pillars and proof points
  • Channel mix with budget guidance
  • Content angles and asset checklist
  • Outbound sequences (subject lines + bodies)
  • 30 / 60 / 90 day milestones and KPIs

The AI behind it (and the guardrails)

ICPGTM uses Google's Gemini models via the Lovable AI Gateway, with prompt templates tuned for B2B GTM work and a sanitization layer that treats every piece of user-supplied content as untrusted input. A daily per-user spend ceiling and abuse detection sit in front of every generation so a runaway prompt can't burn through credits or rack up cost. Your inputs are used to generate your playbooks and stay private to your account — we don't train models on your data.

How long it takes and what it costs

A first playbook takes roughly 90 seconds to 3 minutes depending on how much website context you've provided. Pricing is credit-based and pay-as-you-go — one free AI action per month with no card required, and one-time credit packs after that. Credits never expire. A credit covers one AI action: generating a playbook, deepening an ICP, regenerating a section, or personalizing outreach for a named target.

Try it on your own product

Your first playbook is free. No card, no setup, no "book a demo" wall.
