About

Built by an operator, not a content farm.

ICPGTM Playbooks is an opinionated AI tool that turns a one-paragraph product description into ranked ICPs, a buyer committee, real outreach drafts, and a 30/60/90 GTM plan. It's built and run by Adam Oskwarek — for founders shipping tech products without a sales or growth team behind them.

Who built this

I'm Adam Oskwarek — a B2B operator who's spent the last decade building and scaling go-to-market motions for tech products: from early-stage wedge hunting to category positioning and outbound systems. Most of that work happened inside teams that already had sales, marketing, and a budget.

Outside that world, the founders I talk to most don't have any of those things. They've shipped something real, they know it's useful, and they're staring at a blank doc trying to work out who to sell it to and how. ChatGPT gives them a wall of generic ICP text. Generic AI tools give them more of the same. ICPGTM is the tool I wished they had: opinionated, structured, grounded in real frameworks, and fast enough to use as a starting point — not a week-long exercise.

I also run Expansary, a beginner entrepreneurship course that pairs naturally with ICPGTM. Find me on LinkedIn with feedback, ideas, or to tell me where the AI got it wrong.

Why ICPGTM exists

Most AI tools that touch GTM produce content that looks right and is generically right — which makes it useless for any specific product. ICPs read like marketing personas from a 2014 textbook. "Sales plans" are bullet lists of channels with no priority, sequencing, or trade-offs. Output that takes 90 seconds to generate and 90 minutes to fix.

ICPGTM is built differently. Every prompt is engineered against a specific B2B GTM framework — ICP scoring, buyer-committee mapping, MEDDIC-style discovery questions, 30/60/90 phasing. Inputs (your URL, audience segment, pricing model) are scraped and threaded into the context so the model is reasoning about your product, not a hypothetical. Outputs are structured JSON behind the scenes, which means every section is editable, regeneratable, and version-controlled.

The goal isn't to replace your judgment — it's to do the first 80% so you can spend your time on the parts that actually need you.

How it's built

Leading AI models. ICPGTM uses leading AI models with prompt templates tuned for B2B GTM work. No single-model lock-in — the routing layer can swap providers per action without rewriting prompts.

Grounded in your product. If you provide a URL, ICPGTM fetches and summarizes the most relevant pages (pricing, features, about) and uses that context to ground every downstream section. Audience and pricing-model inputs sharpen the ICPs further.

Structured output. Every playbook is generated as structured JSON, which is why every section is independently editable and regeneratable. Old versions are kept so you can compare or roll back.

Hardened against abuse. A sanitization layer treats every piece of user-supplied text as untrusted input. A daily per-user cost ceiling and abuse detection sit in front of every generation so a runaway prompt can't burn through credits.

Principles

Source-grounded

Every playbook is generated against your real product context (URL scrape, audience, pricing model) — not a hallucinated archetype.

Opinionated

Real B2B GTM frameworks baked into the prompts. You get ranked priorities and concrete next moves, not a list of 'consider doing X'.

Your data stays yours

Inputs are scoped to your account, used only to generate your playbooks, and never trained on. Prompt-injection guardrails and a per-user cost ceiling sit in front of every AI call.

Transparent pricing

One free AI action per month. After that, one-time credit packs that never expire. No seats, no contracts, no 'book a demo' wall.

Try it on your own product

Your first playbook is free. No card, no setup, no "book a demo" wall.
